Contact and enquiry data: name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message when you submit a form, request financing or place an order.

Usage data: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed and referrer, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Transaction data: information required to process a purchase, delivery or financing arrangement.

We process your data to respond to enquiries and perform contracts (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to comply with legal obligations (point (c)), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in secure operation, fraud prevention and improving our services (point (f)).

Marketing and non-essential cookies are processed only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

If you write to our sales address, your message is read by an AI assistant that drafts a reply and suggests matching vehicles from our stock. To do this we pass the content of your message and the conversation so far to our processor OpenAI. Bank and card details are stripped automatically beforehand.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries quickly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Quotes, orders and anything affecting your price are approved by a person before they are sent.

No automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place. You can ask at any time that only members of staff handle your enquiries — an informal message to us is enough.

We share data with service providers that help us operate — including hosting, email delivery (Resend), payment and financing partners, and analytics/advertising services (e.g. Google, Meta). They process data solely on our instructions under data-processing agreements.

Any transfer to countries outside the EEA takes place only with appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or to meet statutory retention periods, and delete it thereafter.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing.
